My
Buyer Representation Services Include
-
As your Buyer Agent I am
obligated to fully represent you including negotiating the lowest price and best terms for you.
-
I contact
the Seller's agency and their salespeople for information about any property
without giving out
any information about you or your motivations for buying.
-
The same applies to private
sellers and contractors selling new homes.
-
I'll provide you with historical
property information such as past sale prices.
-
The Seller's representatives
are also obligated to get their Seller client the highest price with the best
possible terms.
-
If you find properties of interest
to you then contact me by phone
or below with the MLS® numbers.
-
I will always disclose the amount
the Seller's agency is offering me to represent you as your Agent (Buyer's
Agent).
-
I will obtain all the property information from the database
without
revealing anything about you to the Seller's Agency or their salespeople.
-
I can also
arrange to email you daily the newest listings. As soon as a new listing is
entered in the database, you'll receive an email link to every new listing
which meets your home search criteria, complete with the address and price. I
can also include all current listings that meet your criteria.

Know the difference between
an agent and a salesperson. I’m licensed as a Real Estate Agent
by the Province of New Brunswick. What does this mean to you? To be
licensed as an Agent, a salesperson must successfully complete an additional
course and examination.
In New Brunswick
few individuals achieve the Agent level licence. The majority of licensees
are salespeople employed by an agent who supervises them. The more
salespeople an agent employs, the greater potential for conflict of
interests. Why not enjoy the undivided loyalty of your own personal Agent
without the conflict of interest? Many agencies will ask you to agree to
dual agency. I will not.
In a recent membership survey conducted by the Canadian Real Estate
Association, 49.5 % of licensed New Brunswick respondents indicated they have been
licensed for five years or less! After ten years I'm still expanding my
professional expertise and knowledge. Put my skills to work for you.
Expect more from your real estate representative, much more. In today's electronic age, being able to make use of
all the available information and tools is key to buying or selling your
home. For Buyers, I offer the expertise to sort and evaluate all the
electronic information, to make sure you get your home for the best price
and the best terms.
I help you understand the process and
keep you informed and up to date. When buying a home through me, I will work hard to make the experience as easy
and enjoyable
as possible for
you. |
